Help Desk Analyst

We provide a web-based, hosted job board platform to professional and trade associations, publishers, and world-class companies and entrepreneurs. Our recruitment advertising platform connects over 100,000 employers, recruitment advertising firms, and recruitment ad agencies to pools of candidates tailored for their industries.
We are a 12-year-old company with offices in New London, CT and operations in the Philippines. Our Norwalk, CT office will open later this month.
- Provide desk-side desktop support for 70-100 end users in two offices
- Manage hardware builds, repairs and maintenance
- Perform desktop upgrades, installs and configurations
- Manage inventory and upkeep
- Troubleshoot information technology issues including software, hardware, and networking
- Perform installs and updates on desktops, laptops, peripherals, networks, and related software
- Support remote employees
- Support phone system
- Support Windows Active Directory, user creation/modification, DNS, DHCP
- Experience supporting Windows 2000/XP/2007 in a networked environment and MS Office 2000/XP/2010 is preferred
- High energy; willingness to “go the extra mile”
- Self-motivated, thorough, articulate, detail oriented, creative and personable
- Strong communication skills; eagerness and ability to work collaboratively
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
