- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow revenue from assigned accounts
- Work directly with assigned accounts to assess and refine their recruitment advertising strategy
- Manage the sales process and ensure customers have a positive experience on any transactions
- Recommend new advertising products to customers based on their hiring needs
- Assist clients in developing and effectuating a diversity initiative
- Advise clients on strategy with respect to hard-to-fill positions
- Obtain pricing and build relationships with vendors
- 3+ years new and existing customer sales or related business experience
- Must be comfortable selling to new business and existing customers
- Excellent phone skills; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
- Ability to engage, cultivate and close new business
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a big plus
JobTarget consists of over 150 employees with offices in Groton, Stamford and the Philippines. This position will be located in the Stamford, CT office.
