The Opportunity
We’re looking for a full-stack software engineer with 2-3 years of professional experience who wants to take their career to the next level by working on interesting problems, authoring elegant code, and making a big impact on a small remote Brazilian team.
Most of our team lives within driving distance of Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. We work remotely, but meet there regularly in person if you’d like to join.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain a full-stack web application using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Collaborate with software engineers on an Agile development team.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient front-end and back-end code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning activities.
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues and support ongoing improvements.
- Follow established coding patterns and best practices.
- Learn and stay up to date. Share knowledge and make other engineers better, including testing and adopting new artificial intelligence-driven coding techniques.

- Educated: It would be great if you had formal training in computer science or a related field.

- Skilled: Use the tools, technology, and processes listed above. If you haven’t, you are fired up to do so, are probably hacking with one or more of them on your own time, and would love to get paid to do so.
