Responsibilities

  • Learn the product and sell / close deals yourself.
  • Own sales execution and revenue growth.
  • Define and improve sales metrics.
  • Manage and extend a partner and reseller ecosystem for lead generation.
  • Partner with success and product to ensure we sell engagements we can deliver.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience selling SaaS business software with an average sale price over US$10,000/yr.
  • Extremely strong communication and relationship skills, both interpersonal and written.
  • Uncanny enthusiasm and a positive, get-things-done attitude.
  • Process orientation and the ability to think critically.
  • A measure of self awareness and a sense of humor.
  • You don't just love to win, you hate to lose.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working as a recruiter / talent acquisition professional
  • Experience selling to recruiters / talent acquisition professionals
  • Experience selling to executive leadership
  • 10+ years of software "solution sales"
  • Experience providing input into the development of sales & marketing collateral
