- Grow the company and participate in its success. This is a "seat at the table" job for a seasoned sales professional who wants to provide strategic input directly to the CEO. You will be heard and will influence the trajectory of the company.
- Make a successful and profitable company grow faster.
- Turn sales wins into a repeatable processes that improve the velocity of customer acquisition and close rate.
- Learn the product and sell / close deals yourself.
- Own sales execution and revenue growth.
- Define and improve sales metrics.
- Manage and extend a partner and reseller ecosystem for lead generation.
- Partner with success and product to ensure we sell engagements we can deliver.
- 2+ years experience selling SaaS business software with an average sale price over US$10,000/yr.
- Extremely strong communication and relationship skills, both interpersonal and written.
- Uncanny enthusiasm and a positive, get-things-done attitude.
- Process orientation and the ability to think critically.
- A measure of self awareness and a sense of humor.
