Jr. Microsoft Business Development Executive - selling 365/Azure/Dynamics 365 solutions

Our client is a multi-year consulting partner of the year award winner for Microsoft focused on driving digital transformation through Office 365/Azure/Dynamics 365 solutions. They handle project management, implementations, and managed services for Modern Workplace, Azure, Security, Power Apps, and CRM/ERP. Services include planning/design, POC’s, implementations, managed services, change management, and software application development

We are seeking a inside sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the technology field who has a passion to hone their sales skills and become a Moneyball Challenger. 

You would have the opportunity to learn and sell Microsoft’s latest Cloud technologies working under the tutelage of the Western Cloud Strategy Advisor. In the western territory you will be responsible for supporting our existing clients and prospecting in the commercial, SLG, and education markets.
The candidate must:

  • Have sold professional services, cloud services, or managed services in the technology field.
  • Have Cloud solution sales experience to assess business problems and align them with our MSFT competencies
  • Have a strong appetite for building a sales pipeline through intense prospecting and research
  • Possess a relentless and competitive desire to be successful
  • Accept close supervision and be receptive to direct coaching
  • Must live in the West Region of the US. Washington State is preferable.

Manage all elements of the sales cycle, including:


  • 20-100 prospecting contacts per week, depending on funnel
  • Establish minimum of 5 prospect meetings on a weekly basis
  • Follow up with prospects from marketing events
  • Generate 2-3 sales quotes on a weekly basis
  • Attend technical training and marketing events throughout the Western region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year base salary + commission
