Jennifer Miller is a rapidly growing boutique jewelry company, headquartered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We currently have 5 boutiques: Upper East Side, Southampton NY, East Hampton NY, Palm Beach Florida and Soutbeach Miami. Jennifer Miller specializes in fine and faux jewelry and accessories for the chicest women in the world!
We are looking for Keyholder or Assistant Manager for our East Hampton & Southampton locations. They must be flexible to work in either or both locations as the business needs. The ideal candidate would also be available to travel to trunk shows and work in our NYC location as needed (jitney tickets will be provided).
The Keyholder is a valuable member of the Jennifer Miller team. This person will contribute to the team in the in the following capacities:
-Consistently meet or exceed the financial, operational, and visual expectations of Jennifer Miller.
-Achieve an environment for our clients that is reflective of the Jennifer Miller aesthetic and company values.
-Develop a comprehensive level of product knowledge and successfully translating this information to our clients.
-Generate sales through effective client building and contributing to the growth of the Jennifer Miller client base.
-Consistently maintain upbeat energy and pace on the sales floor.
-Maintain a high level of awareness and concern for inventory control and loss prevention.
-Contribute to the operations of running a retail store.
-Act as the manager on duty when needed
-Assist with filling web sales and website customer service support during off peak season.
This position requires previous retail management experience at the luxury or contemporary market.
