  • Creating and updating marketing collateral such as the ITEC picture book, corporate brochure, etc.
  • Curating, inventorying, tagging and cataloging images/photography to represent ITEC’s expanding workload
  • Researching and identifying industry and employer award opportunities and associated contacts and calendars
  • Assisting with ongoing corporate communications needs and updates in a global environment
  • Making ongoing website updates and expanding content
  • Assembling a complete and current database of ITEC contacts that are currently distributed among a number of different databases in MailChimp
  • Assist HR with visits and opportunities from partner schools, colleges and industry organizations
  • Track and maintain marketing department expenses & inventory
  • Ability to communicate ITEC’s brand and product value effectively.
  • Skilled with using MailChimp or Constant Contact and other digital e-mail systems
  • Extremely detailed orientated and organized
  • Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks and/or projects at one time
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office products with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, Excel


  • A minimum of 3-years’ experience as a graphic designer with moderate to advanced skills using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • A degree in Design, Digital Media, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Experience working in a business or corporate office setting
  • A mix of small and large business experience is preferred
  • Enjoys data entry and working with CRM systems
  • Video editing skills a plus
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week
