By securing the best values on the finest products, we’ve earned the respect—and the business—of Fortune 500 companies across the United States.  We have a new position at our Chatsworth location for a skilled Sales Administrator and Customer Service Representative.


You will provide a diverse range of key support services for our sales team. In addition to acting as a customer liaison, your various responsibilities will include sales order processing and fulfillment.  You will serve as an extension of the sales team by preparing quotations and providing ongoing customer support. To qualify, you must have a positive, energetic, customer service oriented attitude!


We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics and qualifications:

  • Proven strength with verbal and written communications in a support / customer service role
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer programs and applications, including web-based CRM system and enterprise accounting systems.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and reliable
  • Positive and professional team player who works well with others
  • Able to take direction, and at the same time use own discretion when necessary to accomplish tasks
