Account Manager

Job Description

iPrint Technologies is the go-to provider for printers, printer supplies and technology solutions for thousands of mid-enterprise corporations throughout the country. We are looking for a new Account Manager to respond to our incoming product requests while generating new business and expanding opportunities with existing clients. Based in our Chatsworth office, you will have access to great coaching and tools that ensure your success.


  • Respond to incoming online inquiries and purchases
  • Generate new opportunities to sell printers, printer supplies & managed print solutions
  • Prepare and present winning sales proposals (face-to-face, telephone and webinar)
  • Provide comprehensive account management and customer service


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Cloud Based CRM software
  • Exceptional communication skills:  written, telephone and in-person
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and absorb detailed product information
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships in a B2B environment
