Sales & Operations Support Coordinator

Patchology is a new kind of beauty brand that is focused on quick-fix, time-saving skincare solutions that are backed by serious science. Our eye and lip patches, sheet masks, foot treatments and mud masks are available at major department stores (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks, etc.) and specialty beauty stores (Bluemercury, ULTA, Sephora, etc.) both in the US and internationally.  We have ambitious growth goals for the years ahead, and it is critical that we provide the best possible service and operations support to our internal and external customers.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, as our new Sales & Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations teams in the following ways.


  • Support the Operations team through the complete purchase order process, from entry to shipment
  • Track purchase orders through a Revenue Tracking spreadsheet and update daily
  • Update customers, outside sales reps and websites with shipment status information, back orders and tracking
  • Assist outside reps with order entry and tracking, as required
  • Work closely with our warehouses here in the US and in the UK to execute orders and sample shipments efficiently and on-time
  • Invoice daily and distribute invoices to relevant stakeholder(s)
  • Provide support and feedback to our Customer Service center
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with sample shipments
  • Track Sales and Marketing product samples (units and dollars) and report details on a monthly basis



  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; exceptional attention to detail
  • Service-oriented background and attitude with strong relationship and team building skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities across multiple departments
  • Ability to remain focused in a fast paced, high interruption work environment
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus (easily trained)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to identify and effectively work to solve problems
  • Proficient with Microsoft office programs, Google Docs and Dropbox, especially spreadsheets
  • College degree required
