Our range of eye and lip patches, sheet masks, foot treatments and mud masks are available in top tier specialty stores (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc),  beauty boutiques (Bluemercury, Cos Bar, etc) and a large stable of beauty websites both in the US and International.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and distribute sell sheet/maintain and update Master Freelance and Retail/E-Tail/Distributor Contact Lists, order forms, and training materials

  • Answer customer support questions for the professional business and retail partners

  • Assist in coordination of trade shows, new product launches, sample shipments

  • Complete vendor information templates for new products

  • Assist in maintaining beauty websites. Follow up with copy/image enhancements on line to influence consumer purchase decision.

  • Coordinate seasonal distributor catalogue asset requirements

  • Keep update the Master Product Information Template and Master Data Sheets.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and produces  high-quality, accurate work

  • Strong follow through capabilities with self motivated initiative

  • Experience in cosmetics industry strongly preferred; passion for beauty products required

  • Passion for sales promotion and training in a fast-paced work environment

  • Results-driven, works well under pressure

  • Poised and confident working with and through others

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical, creative, oral and written communication skills

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can build, foster and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Advanced level Excel & PowerPoint a must

  • BS/MS degree in management, marketing or a related field.
