About the Role:

The E-Commerce & SEO Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing SEO/SEM across all digital entities where our products are sold, including retailer websites, affiliate programs and our brand website. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all SEO/SEM related activities, including content recommendations, search ad planning, and search analytics/reporting
  • Planning and executing scheduled tests to help organization better understand what's working, and what's not
  • Partnering with Digital Marketing Team to ensure Patchology.com is optimized for SEO
  • Managing and optimizing affiliate partners to grow traffic and revenue
  • Implementing and maintaining marketing and analytics tagging 
  • Working closely with Sales team to stay on top of product launches, new retailers, and any promotions
  • Monitoring retailer promotions in email, on site, or in social, to ensure we are as integrated as possible across channels
  • Ensuring all retailer websites are optimized and up-to-date, including copy optimization, photography, and correct product categorization
  • Staying informed on latest industry trends related to SEO/SEM, Google search, Amazon.com e-commerce, and Affiliate Programs

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of SEM and/or SEO experience and e-commerce background
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant area
  • Knowledge of SEM and SEO concepts and how to implement best practices
  • Experience optimizing and growing affiliate programs
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of e-commerce KPIs
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, Google Analytics, and/or Shareasale platforms
  • Experience executing content optimization based on keyword analysis
  • Must be a self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle a number of projects simultaneously
