Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives to support business objectives, market awareness and lead generation.  The marketing initiatives include thought leadership content marketing, marketing and sales collateral development, digital and social marketing, account based marketing, and sales enablement, supporting our business development and sales.

Responsibilities for Marketing Manager

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that deploy a mix of marketing tactics across digital and social channels, targeting the institutional investment segments to support business, sales and marketing objectives
  • Develop campaign related content such as email copy, social posts and landing pages
  • Use SalesForce and Pardot to track and report on marketing performance and provide marketing analytics and ROI
  • Plan and execute account based marketing in support of our business and sales priorities
  • Propose and develop thought leadership content topics, manage the agency’s development of the content and execute content marketing
  • Develop value proposition, key messages and collateral for product marketing and sales enablement
  • Manage and execute events, including our own client conference and webinars
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies and vendors
  • Acquire knowledge on industry trends and competitors and leverage that to deliver marketing impacts

Qualifications for Marketing Manager

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Hands-on experience in digital and social marketing and various tactics including paid LinkedIn, paid search, display ads and paid media
  • Hands-on experience in using Salesforce and Pardot to track and report on marketing results and ROI
  • Experience in planning and executing account based marketing and content marketing
  • Experience in FinTech or investment management industry
  • Strong writing skills  in developing campaign related content
  • Skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Good data-driven analytics skills, detail oriented, and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Collaborative, easy to work with, ability to work independently and also as a team
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar
