Intuvo is a rapidly growing, progressive startup backed by CU Direct, the biggest name in financial technology for Credit Unions. We’ve been doubling in every metric annually for the past three years and are looking for more fuel to throw into the fire. We’ve created an amazing CRM & Marketing automation system that boosts business by 30% for Credit Unions, Regional Banks and Mortgage Banks like BECU and Digital Credit Union. If you’re a great sales person, then you understand how important CRM is. Intuvo is an easy sell.

Are you an experienced, aggressive and self-motivated? Do you understand complex sales cycles and know how to leverage relationships? Do you come with an existing book of business in the mortgage banking, community banking or credit union space?

As part of a rapidly growing startup you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, building an existing pipeline within 60 days, presenting your own product demo’s and rapidly following up with leads generated by our corporate marketing. To succeed in this job you’ll need

  •        An existing set of VP, C-Level and Marketing contacts at Mortgage Banks, Community Banks and Credit Unions who are excited to hear about your latest opportunity
  •        Previous success with complex sales involving 2-4 decision makers and sales cycles of 3 to 9 months
  •        Organizational mastery to manage 50 active deals at any time and constant inbound leads
  •        Strong experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM’s
  •        Tenacity, wit and energy to get in front of prime targets

Your core responsibilities will be

  •        Identifying, penetrating and securing potential targets through a relationship-based approach
  •        Orchestrating a complex sale involving sales, marketing, IT and executive leadership
  •        Maintain and retain long term client relationships; participating in retention and up sell opportunities
