Title Reviewer - FULL TELEWORK - Government Contractor

Job Description

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Title Reviewer to support a federal government agency.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Search and review real property records of all states to locate all recorded real property interests acquired and held by the Unites States.
  • Compare search results and real property records maintained in business tools, including the national Easement Staging Tool (NEST), ProTracts, and Conservation Desktop.
  • Provide source files for everything in the project including but not limited to: all graphics, simulations, audio files, video files, templates, interface design elements, web pages, online applications, design documents, MS Office files, project planning documents and templates.
  • Review and assess legal documentation related to easement programs.
  • Provide Title review to support federal agencies.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, & SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Title Reviewing experience required.
  • Extensive experience reviewing title searches, reports, and summaries.
  • Extensive experience with abstracts.
  • Experience with Easements.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a professional environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
