Program Manager - Gov Contractor

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing government contracting company seeking a Patent Program Manager to support a contract with the USPTO (US Patent and Trademark Office). Location: Mostly remote but with some in-office days at USPTO offices in central DC

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for the management of performance of the contract.
• Experience in planning, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, leading and directing the work, and monitoring project completion, as well as allocating people and resources as necessary.
• Ensure Contractor employees possess adequate qualifications and proficiencies.
• Plan, execute, and control projects.
• Provide supervision and direction of all company personnel.
• Responsible for day-to-day requests from the COR or Alternate COR.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree will offset four (4) years of experience. A master’s degree shall offset six (6) years of experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in efficiently managing large patent contracts and/or projects.
• Strong work ethic and track record.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Talented management and leadership skills.
