Lead Government Attorney - FULL TELEWORK - Government Contractor

Legal | Fully Remote | Full Time and Contract | From $90,000 to $120,000 per year

Job Description

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Attorney to support a federal government agency with government, supervisory, litigation, and general legal experience to provide legal guidance, manage legal matters, and support organizational objectives in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and support litigation matters, including case strategy, pleadings, motions, hearings, and related proceedings.

· Review, draft, and interpret legal documents, policies, contracts, regulations, and correspondence.

· Conduct legal research and prepare clear written analyses, recommendations, and memoranda.

· Supervise, guide, and support a team of paralegals.

· Ensure legal work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and procedures.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, government agencies, and other partners.

· Identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations to support sound decision-making.

Security Clearance Level:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

Qualifications:

· Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

· Government legal experience required.

· Supervisory or team leadership experience required.

· Litigation experience required.

· Real Estate Acquisition experience a PLUS.

· General attorney experience, including legal research, writing, analysis, and advisory work.

· Strong judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
