Forfeiture Data Analyst - On-Site - Government Contractor

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced forfeiture data analyst to support a federal government agency.

JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Input data, extract/retrieve data and run required reports in the asset tracking system Government database.
· Prepare advertising orders and seizure notice letters for all administrative forfeiture actions once the Probable Cause Statement is returned concurred from the Office of Chief Counsel.
· Track and document all correspondence.
· Prepare relevant petition receipt letters and investigation memos, appropriate letters upon receipt of filed petitions or claims.
· Review files and prepare documentation to ensure proper notifications were posted.
· Review and reconcile inconsistencies in the data entered into the Government database.
· Organize and maintain physical and electronic seizure files.
· Report findings of errors or inconsistencies in seizure files or data entered in the Government database.
· Prepare and review seizure files prior to closing to ensure accuracy.
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be a US Citizen.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of forfeiture experience required.
- Two (2) years of data analysis work experience that demonstrates records management (along with a High School Diploma or GED Certificate) may be substituted for the education requirement.
- Excellence in written and spoken communication.
- Impeccable work ethic.
