Attorney (Government Contractor)

Legal | Fully Remote | Full Time | From $90,000 to $130,000 per year

Job Description

Intelligence Federal is a fast-growing federal contracting company seeking an experienced Attorney to support a federal government agency. The ideal candidate has prior federal government experience as an Attorney and is a strong writer with an eye for detail.

LOCATION: This role will work remotely, however work must be completed from within the continental United States.

SAMPLE JOB DUTIES:

  • Interpret statutes, apply regulations, analyze evidentiary records, and draft legally sound decisions
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and legally defensible Final Agency Decisions in alignment with the agency's program integrity mission
  • Review peers' work and offer feedback and assistance
  • Provide sound legal advice and opinions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Must have a minimum of four (4) years of post-law school experience in administrative law, litigation, or adjudication
  • Candidates should have prior legal decision writing experience with federal programs, private law firms, or adjudicatory bodies.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret statutes, apply regulations, analyze evidentiary records, and draft legally sound decisions
