Overview

The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for filling supply orders, sorting and distributing mail for two locations, operating print on demand equipment and processing outgoing shipments.  Duties include printing, assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming material; and arranging for the transportation of products.This position is located In Woodstock, GA and reports to the Fulfillment Leader.

 

Key Responsibilities

•Operate mailer equipment and process mailers

•Utilize FedEx Manager software to process shipments

•Communicate with outside vendors

•Must be motivated, energetic, have a great personality, have a great attitude and flexibility for changing priorities.

 

 

Minimum Requirements

•High school degree

•1-3 years of prior experience in  customer service, shipping or warehouse

•Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Acrobat

•Excellent communication skills

•Quick learner, the Fulfillment Associate will learn insurance carrier requirements by state

•Print/ Ship experience is a plus!
