Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring that our revenue is accurately received and recorded; as well as confirming that commissions to agents and internal sales are accurate. Analyzing the data and correcting mismatches is critical. This person will provide coaching, education, resolving issues and serving as the link between direct reports and the upper management. As new carriers are onboarding it is this manager's responsibility to review the carrier nuances to make sure all the needs of commissions are met prior to the receipt or release of funds. This manager will need to delegate workloads as well assign team owners to the new projects.

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Review incoming revenue to make sure that recorded and reported accurately

  • Research any mismatches of revenue and take corrective measures

  • Set daily, weekly and monthly performance goals and deadlines that comply with company standards

  • Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks while maintaining lean process design

  • Create and Maintain the proper commission and accounting procedures

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

  • Evaluate current workload and allocate resources for new project assignments

  • Receive complaints and resolve problems, or in the appropriate circumstances bring the information to upper management

  • Perform annual employee evaluations

  • Hire and train new employees

Education and Experience

  • Business administration or accounting degree; or equivalent management experience

  • 7+ years of Management experience

  • 5+ years Accounting experience

Travel

  • This role sits in the Norfolk, NE location. Relocation package is available.

  • Some travel (< 15%) is anticipated for Operations meetings, Carrier Meetings or meetings at other Integrity sites
