We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant in support of our clients, agents and executive leadership team.  This role will provide general office support, greet our visitors and various ad hoc projects.  This position is located In Dallas, Texas at our corporate office in Cypress Waters and reports to the Executive Assistant. 

Key Responsibilities
Answer multi line phone.
CRM maintenance including heavy data entry.
Manage the distribution and collection of mail for the organization.
Schedule meetings and manage conference spaces.
Assist in travel arrangements for executives and other team members.
Monitor website registration and complete the associated mailings and correspondence.

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required,  Bachelors degree preferred
3-5 years of prior experience as an administrative assistant
Proficiency in MS Office Suite 
Expert level oral and written communication skills
Customer service experience is a must
Excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
Travel requirements for this position are minimal
