Responsibilities

Insureon is seeking energetic Commercial Insurance Sales Producers to join our internet-driven agency located in downtown Chicago.

Your job would focus on closing inbound sales opportunities who are clients coming to our website or calling our 1-800 Agency number or chatting live with us. As a Producer you would leverage our in-house agency management system, which is easy to use and supported by in house technology experts.

We continue to have new business growth opportunities while working with some of the most well-known and well-respected insurance carriers in the industry.  This opportunity requires energy and sales experience combined with willingness to work in fast paced environment. As an independent agent, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales conversion. If you are motivated experienced sales professional this would come naturally for you at Insureon.

We believe it’s important to note that this is not a pay per appointment or pay per bind telemarketing job. Leads will be provided but may vary in type of business and coverage desired by the clients contacting you.

 Important Qualifications Include:

  • Sales experience in Commercial Insurance Lines
  • A desire to service and excite your teams’ customers by exceeding their expectations
  • Excellent listening and overall communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, present options and advise your clients in a way that exceeds their experiences with other insurance providers and
  • A goal-oriented mindset as you overachieve individual and team-based goals
  • Hold and maintain appropriate licenses to function as a direct sales Insurance Agent

Minimum Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
