ABOUT THE POSITION:     

The Client Service Representative works closely with Account Managers in managing or supporting daily activity on a book of business.  This includes performing and supporting all daily service requests.  The CSR also supports our Producers with servicing of new business clients.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:                      

Primary Duties

  • Manage and handle incoming inquiry calls and emails from our Account Managers, Insureon clients and carriers
  • Maintain client records by updating account information in our agency management system (TRUDI)
  • Process and issue a high volume of Commercial Certificates of Insurance
  • Request endorsements from our insurance carriers and send to client after checking for accuracy
  • Review policies for accuracy and send to clients
  • Process policy audits, claims, cancellations and reinstatements
  • Complete other service duties and tasks as assigned/directed to handle by the service team manager
  • Tend to assigned suspenses and queues to assure that all items are completed by end of work day
  • Accurately answer questions and resolve issues with our clients and carriers
  • Plan and prioritize service activities to achieve desired results within necessary time frames
  • Effectively utilize on-line carrier resources, automation tools, and computer software packages

  • Maintain knowledge of strategic direction and plan, including goals and objectives to achieve quality service results for our clients

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of commercial insurance customer service experience
  • Currently Licensed with a Property and Casualty Insurance Producers License 
  • Strong working knowledge of processing and issuing Commercial Certificates of Insurance 
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Eager to be a part of shaping the future of insurance
  • Comfortable in a quickly changing and dynamic environment
  • Takes pride in delivering high quality client service and satisfaction
  • Self-confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
