We are seeking a Business Analyst in our downtown Chicago Office where we are reinventing the way small business insurance is sold today.  Are you interested in joining a next generation firm that is changing the procurement process in the Stone Age industry of Insurance?

Key Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support Field Operations in day-to-day application usage including troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Support Product Team in onboarding new insurance product including launching new industries, lines of business, and carriers on to the Insureon web platform
  • Business analysis and user experience design for projects in functional area
  • Prepares requirements, solution and supporting documentation (e.g. use cases, user models, process flows, business rules, user interface mock-ups, usability testing, etc)
  • Generate and analyze system utilization reports
  • Continuously learn new trends and developments within functional area of expertise and the professional liability insurance industry

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in Insurance or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
