RECRUITING SPECIALIST

Base Salary + Bonus!

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Generate a candidate pipeline utilizing various sources (internet, social media, vendor lists, job boards, referrals, etc.) through direct sourcing phone calls and emails
  • Partner with Human Resources in the interviewing and offer process
  • Conduct initial recruiting discussions with candidates
  • Manage candidate pipeline including creating and placing recruiting communications in various media sources
  • Researching, analyzing and recommending new sources for active and passive recruiting
  • Acting as a liaison with industry partners/vendors for recruiting candidates
  • Ensuring all applicant materials and forms are current and in compliance with Company recruiting practices
  • Creating and maintaining database records, reports and logs pertaining to recruiting efforts
  • Support candidates through the process of transitioning into their position
  • Review employee compensation agreements with selected applicants to ensure there is a clear understanding and acceptance of contract and compensation provisions and clauses
  • Follow metric/performance-based Recruiting guidelines

Additional Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador to Insuractive to help create awareness of our value proposition
  • Represent Insuractive at local networking events
  • Develop sourcing strategies for immediate needs as well as longer-range pipeline development
  • Develop a social media strategy for driving engagement
  • Stay current on all Company and industry recruiting information, materials, methods, programs and improvements
  • Make recommendations for enhancements as appropriate
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge by joining industry association and taking courses in an effort to obtain industry designations 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience preferred
  • Previous sourcing experience is preferred
  • Sales and Support recruitment experience preferred
  • Effective verbal communication skills
