Responsibilities

The Sr. Finance Analyst will provide financial advice, planning, and analysis to the business partner and his/her staff that helps the business meet or exceed goals. Among the areas of most active engagement:

  • Create, maintain and keep track of Corporate metrics and KPIs
  • Build and maintain short-term and long-term operating model
  • Bookings/Billings/Revenue actuals reporting and plan/forecast modeling
  • Support Sales and Go-To-Market team on key metrics
  • Partner with Sales and Management on Sales compensation plan design, tracking and calculation
  • General FP&A works such as spend & HC analysis across company functions, marketing program analysis and budgets vs. actuals
  • Help drive planning processes
  • Capex, Deferred revenue and other analysis
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team and other parts of Finance to enhance the function’s contribution to the company. Share best practices, identify gaps, drive change and help determine priorities.

 

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • Ability to build analytical models that can be driven into standard planning tools
  • Advanced user of MS Excel. Advance proficiency in working with data
