Our firm has built an amazing platform that hundreds of leading large enterprises around the world are using to drive the performance, consumer experience, and security of their cloud, web, and mobile applications. E-commerce companies will enjoy 5-8% higher revenue after deploying our platform. Digital advertisers will see 3-12% higher revenue. Cloud and mobile applications for the Global 2000 will run 20% to 80% faster, look better and be safer. Our market opportunity is easily in the billions.

Job Summary

Instart Logic is looking for Customer Success Managers that can make a direct connection with our customers' strategic goals and how our solutions can help achieve them. This involves identifying the key use cases that drive our customers' business, aligning resources on both sides, implementing our technology and, ultimately, achieving their business goals. Your passion and determination will drive success both for your customers as well as Instart Logic.

As a Customer Success Manager at Instart Logic, you will be responsible for every aspect of the customer relationship after the sale is complete. You will coordinate with the other teams at Instart Logic to set objectives and achieve milestones on the path to customer adoption.

Responsibilities include

  • Crafting of Statements of Work for all engagements

  • Solution design

  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful Implementations

  • Constantly strategize, conceive and execute internal processes to improve the Customer Success organization

  • Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the Instart Logic product line and the company function as a whole.

  • Coordinate on-boarding of new customers as well as new/additional properties for existing customers

  • Customer enablement ranging from formal training program delivery to constant efforts to drive self-sufficiency within your assigned customers.

  • Assist in the attainment of Instart Logic’s renewals business

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience required; MBA preferred

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B technology sales engineering, product management and/or product marketing experience is required.

  • Proven ability to own the customer relationship, set objectives and drive initiatives to success

  • Well organized.  Able to define project milestones and deliver on-time

  • Experience in Product Management AND the ability to work with, connect to, and influence people

  • Good analytical skills, conceptual ability, and creativity

  • Strong writer, speaker, and presenter at all levels including C-level executives

  • Able & willing to travel periodically as the job required
