Lead Generation Telemarketing ($25-$35 Per Hour)

Job Description

Do you want to use your phone calling skills to be part of an innovative business-to-business marketing company that’s been around for more than nine years?  All our agents make between $25 to $35 per hour. InsideUp, based in the Mission Valley business district, is looking for an exceptional talent to join us as a Lead Generation Associate. If you have a winning personality, and are comfortable with interactions over the phone, then this position is the right opportunity for you!

What Will I Be Doing?

This is a part-time position with a flexible work schedule. You will be calling businesses across the U.S to engage with decision makers and qualify them as sales leads for our clients - all of whom are large, recognizable national brands.  There’s no selling involved and we provide the tools to enable rapid dialing. The work will include phone verification of leads supplied by InsideUp partners as well as the generation of leads directly from business contact data.

Your compensation for this position includes a base hourly rate, aggressive monthly commissions and weekly cash bonuses. You will be part of a positive, supportive company environment and receive ongoing training in B2B lead generation techniques, a very marketable skill.  After an initial training period, and based on your demonstrated performance, you may have the opportunity to perform the work from home (many of our lead generation associates work from their homes today using company-supplied equipment).

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in either outbound B2B calling, direct sales or lead generation
  • Extroverted personality with a professional telephone presence 
  • At least 3 years of telemarketing or call center experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
