Lead Generation Associate/$25-$50 Per Hour

Do you want to use your phone calling skills to be part of an established but innovative business-to-business marketing company that has been around for more than twelve years?  All our agents make $25 to $50 an hour (base and commissions). InsideUp, based in San Diego, and is looking for an exceptional talent to be involved as a Lead Generation Associate. This is a work from home opportunity. What Will I Be Doing?

This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours) with a flexible work schedule. You will be calling businesses across the U.S to engage with decision makers and qualify them as sales leads for our clients - all of whom are recognizable large national brands.  There’s no selling involved and we provide the tools to enable rapid dialing. The work will include the generation of leads directly from business contact data. All these contacts would have been touched by us using emails and social media (including LinkedIn) or in many cases, used our services in the past.

Your compensation for this position includes base hourly rate, aggressive monthly commissions and weekly cash bonus. You will be part of a positive, supportive company environment and receive ongoing training in B2B lead generation techniques.  

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in outbound B2B calling, direct sales or lead generation
  • Extroverted personality with a professional telephone presence 
  • At least 5 years of telemarketing or call center experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
