Advertising agency in Los Angeles looking for a Project Coordinator. If you have some previous work experience as an Project Coordinator, please email your info to us. We are Innerspin (, a rapidly growing branding & digital creative shop with national clients… and a love for food and coffee. 


  • Being the liaison between account team and creative/development teams
  • Project coordination from kickoff to completion, ensuring all milestones are met along the process
  • Coordinate workload, timeline and team assignments in order to optimize available resources.
  • Prepare project status reports.
  • Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail
  • Degree in marketing or management preferred
  • Fun, energetic and the ability to fit into a fast-paced environment


  • Detailed and organized
  • Excellent communicator - professional and clear English written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of digital development process, social media, brand development and the design industry
  • Responsible and capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
  • 2-3 years prior agency experience

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
