The Role:

  • The Hospitality Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations on site. This person is the direct liason to ownership, construction management, subcontractors, and the operations team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Quality Control- Act as the safety officer, maintain MSDS sheets, documenting tailgate meeting, maintaining organized project files, updated specs and project drawings
  • Site building/cleanliness
  • Lead all areas related to subcontractor and temporary labor management
  • Field Operations Coordination- Keeping up with change order directives, scope of work, inventory management and other items related to the project
  • Relationship Management- Effective communication and relationship building with vendors, owners, subcontractors, construction management and office support staff 

You're Successful If:

  • There are no safety violations on your jobsite
  • Completed work is Per Plan, Per Spec, and On Schedule
  • Your owners and vendors are continually referring you new business 
  • Everything from protocols, to documentation and closeout, are timely and accurate

What We Want to See:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • OSHA 30 Certification and Safety Plan experience
  • Experience working with budgets and project schedules
  • Microsoft Office and construction management software experience (preferably Procore)
  • The ability to travel frequently to projects
