Switchboard Operator
Work Location: Memphis, TN

InGenesis is currently seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team at a local college. In this role, your main responsibility will be to answer incoming calls and route them to the correct individual or department.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Answer and route calls.
• Provide general information to callers.
• Direct visitors to various locations.
• Distribute catalogs, pamphlets, applications and maps of the campus, upon request.
• Maintain simple reports.
• Maintain university telephone listings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a telephone switchboard system.
