Strategic Marketing Analyst
Work Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Summary/Description
The Strategic Marketing Analyst is responsible for proposal-based new business development, revenue generation, and the strategic marketing of the company across media channels and target audiences. The individual is responsible for coordinating and writing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and related business opportunities. The individual would also be responsible for preparing market research and analysis, marketing materials and other research and written support for the company’s business development efforts.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Generate new content for proposals
• Develop new service lines, as required
• Generate written proposals
• Oversee proposal response development and project management of the process
• Source and qualify new proposal opportunities
• Conduct market research on competitors and the industry landscape
• Develop marketing collateral and provide updates to existing material
• Develop and implement internal communications
• Support organizational projects with written content and marketing collateral
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS in English, education, marketing, communications or public relations)
• Minimum of two years of experience in business, marketing or analytical research and writing, including graduate level studies
• Proficient in English language with experience with Associated Press (AP) and Chicago writing styles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Understanding of current media channels and usage
• Perform in-depth research and analysis on competitors and industry landscapes
• Ability and willingness to research and learn new services, industries and processes
• Support organizational projects aimed at improving and expanding the InGenesis brand
• Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations
• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with other departments to obtain information and construct a professional document
• Self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Detail oriented, dedicated to quality and accuracy
