Senior Secretary
Work Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary/Description
The primary purpose of the Senior Secretary will be to provide varied responsible administrative and clerical work for the Development Office Holiday Program. In this role, the Sr. Secretary will provide direct support to one or more supervisors in the Holiday Program of the Development Office. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Provide superior customer service to donor telephone calls and inquiries relating to the Holiday Program.
• Perform daily mail tasks.
• Update records in donor database to ensure the accuracy of donor records.
• Provide administrative support to Assistant Director such as, copying filing, mailings, postage requirements and assisting in special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Require two (2) years’ experience performing responsible secretarial work.
• Prefer five (5) years secretarial experience.
• Must pass pre-employment skills test as required
