Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.   The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues, serving as a champion and change agent.   The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management.  The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees.   The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of full cycle recruiting success throughout the organization by using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies and resources. The recruiter will develop new and creative recruiting initiatives and work with the organization to attract and retain top talent.
