Registered Nurse Med-Surg (All Shifts)
Work Location: Dallas, TX
InGenesis is currently seeking an RN to provide acute care in a fast-paced university hospital. In this role, you’ll use just about all the skills you can imagine. One patient may need labs drawn, an IV for fluids, and an assessment every hour. Meanwhile, another patient may be coding and require CPR from a rapid response team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)
• Perform and document physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments.
• Identify and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Prioritize care based on assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Education: Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in an acute care/med-surg setting.
• Licensure: Current RN license for the state of Texas.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS.
