Job Summary/Description
InGenesis seeks a Receptionist for a leading music distribution company distributing music. With their cutting-edge operations and an unparalleled global team, they partner with companies of all sizes to make their music available across hundreds of digital outlets and physical retailers around the world. Our client’s focus is to provide a comfortable, social and engaging environment to encourage productivity and creativity.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Answer and route all incoming calls
• Monitor guests, deliveries, & freight elevator
• Use Pitney Bowes system for managing trackable packages and create shipping labels for outgoing packages
• Manage purchases and restock of various items
• Assist staff with calendar updates

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior reception experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Interest in music industry
