Psychological Testing Program Assistant-Special Projects Mgr I
Work Location: Bethesda, MD

Job Summary /Description
Interacts with customers regarding billing questions and coordinates with customers to collect uncollected charges and obtain funding for current services; clarification of services or, other communication essential to the maintenance of the agreement; and, coordinating service delivery with Service Delivery Leads. Assists in generating customer specific reports that capture utilization and activity under designated agreements and scheduling services for client agencies as requested. Secondary duties to include, ensure Quality Assurance (QA) performed on medical records to ensure that all services have been performed according to agency medical requirements, standards and the IAA.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years’ experience in project management in a health and wellness setting preferred
