Program Support Specialist
Work Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Summary/Description
Program Support Specialist reports to the Director of Government Accounts and is responsible for daily operational tasks in the delivery of Talent Solutions for InGenesis’ Program Office.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Support varied number of programs and projects planned or already in process.
• Review and maintain PMO metrics and dashboards.
• Provide support to all projects and programs, ensuring deadlines are met, payments are made, MSP / Vendors are compliant and accurately tracking all targets and goals.
• Identify customer needs through active listening, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer / client accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide outstanding customer service by going the extra mile to engage, assess and achieve customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information through appropriate methods/tools
• Follow proper communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related role
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Experience in staffing industry a plus.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and manage several open issues/requests at any given time.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Good organizational skills with ability to properly document and track information
• Strong MS Office and VMS (Fieldglass) experience with ability to new system
