Program Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry
Work Location: Montreal, CAN

Job Summary/Description
This position will leverage management expertise to facilitate a variety of HR-based service offerings for a pharmaceutical client. The role will focus on managing relationships between the client, its hiring managers and suppliers.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
Recruiting/Sourcing:
• Utilizes various methods for sourcing candidates and engages in conversation around job requirements, compensation, relocation, benefits, etc.
• Proactively builds a network of candidates.
• Creates and manages job postings.
• Interview, onboards, and orients candidates.
Program Management:
• Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and service objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and customer service.
• Proactively identifies service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
• Acts as a liaison with InGenesis departments to resolve daily operational issues.
• Delivers presentations to client stakeholders.
• Promotes InGenesis services offerings; develop and grow relationships with client managers and hiring authorities.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
Skills
• Proficiency in English and Canadian French required.
• Strong customer service and presentation skills
• Intermediate to strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
• Preferred understanding of:
o HR and/or procurement tools
o Pharmaceutical and life sciences industries
