Payroll Analyst
Work Location: Dallas, TX

Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Analyze incoming data and apply in payroll software.
• Reconciliation of payroll cycles.
• Process off cycle pays, edits, and other payrolling functions.
• Calculate repayments.
• Research issues within payroll software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required: 2-3 years’ experience as Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strongly Preferred: Experience with time and labor.
• Preferred: Experience with PeopleSoft payroll software.

Soft Skills
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient using Excel and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax regulations.
