Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary/Description
InGenesis seeks a Nurse Case Manager to determine if an applicant meets medical qualification standards. The most qualified candidate for this position will have a background in both occupational health AND medical review (case management in review of medical records, disability, worker’s compensation, etc.). Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Review examination reports, test reports and reports from personal physicians to determine applicant qualifications.
• Make and justify medical determinations.
• Triage medical records.
• Review large military medical records.
• Create detailed requests for documentation.
• Maintain and monitor status of applicant exams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Three (3) years' experience in worker's compensation or related field of medical employability.
• Must be familiar with Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines.
