Job Summary/Description

We are currently seeking to find a Medical Management Specialist- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for a position in Waco, TX. This starts contract position with potential to get hired. Hours are first shift and fulltime. We’ve worked with this organization for quite some time and staff really enjoy the environment. Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)

• The current opening is for a field position. About 75% of the time will be spent visiting customers of the organization. Visits may include professional offices, retail/manufacturing environments but many will be visits to home-bound customers. You will be compensated for any mileage incurred and the region of travel within a short distance from Waco, TX.

• You will be conducting health education and medical management programs for customers receiving government health care plans. You will provide education and coaching and will gather specific information for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with unrestricted license in TX or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in TX

• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

• 2 years direct clinical care to the consumer in a clinical setting.

• 3 years wellness or managed care experience presenting clinical issues
