Manager of Strategic Planning
Work Location: Dallas, TX

InGenesis is currently seeking a Manager of Strategic Planning to serve as a trusted advisor through strategic planning and business development. In this role, you will manage multi-disciplinary planning projects and regional development efforts.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Manage staff (includes training, supervision, mentorship, and performance management).
• Perform analysis and make appropriate recommendations for:
o Strategic Planning (i.e. business plans, trends among stakeholders, historical/projected data, etc.).
o Business Development (i.e. geographic expansions, revenue enhancements, partnerships, affiliations, acquisitions, etc.).
• Delegate tasks and project workstreams.
• Create and implement professional development plans for assigned staff.
• Develop and manage workplans to produce deliverables and meet target deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
• Experience: 5 additional years of strategic planning, or related, experience in complex organizations.
• Supervisory experience, including training, supervision, and performance management.
• Healthcare industry knowledge.
• Business acumen.
• Self-starter.
• Strong communication skills (written/oral).
• Creative/critical thinking skills.
