Job Summary/Description
The Lead Client Operations Consultant for Quebec Canada is a remote position. This position will leverage staffing, procurement and supplier management expertise to provide InGenesis customers with a centralized workforce solution. The Lead Client Operations Consultant is responsible for facilitating the following InGenesis service offerings: Managed Service Programs, Statement of Work Services (SOW), Independent Contractors and Payrolling Services. The role with focus on complex, high-volume accounts utilizing an e-procurement tool (VMS) and managing relationships between the client (hiring managers), InGenesis and the approved vendors. This position is the escalation point for clients and the various InGenesis client support operations. This position is responsible for interfacing with the InGenesis Supplier Relations team in supporting their initiatives and provides leads and feedback to the InGenesis Business Development organization when hearing of or uncovering new business opportunities related to account expansions or requests for additional services lines. Work location is remote – Quebec, Canada.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Business Development
o Ability to support InGenesis Business Development with referrals of new sales opportunities and expansion of existing accounts.
o Work closely with Business Development to identify opportunities and coordinate introductions.
o Promote InGenesis services offerings; develop and grow relationships with local managers and hiring authorities.
• Program Management
o Monitor daily progress of client requests and follow up accordingly.
o Oversee rate negotiations to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates and those prescribed by InGenesis.
o Maintain discipline of execution by staying focused on market goals and objectives.
o Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.
o Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
o Act as a liaison with InGenesis departments to resolve daily operational issues; escalate as appropriate.
o Develop QBR and other presentations to deliver to client stakeholders.
• Technology Support
o Provide support of technologies when necessary.
o Support technology and promote updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related business discipline or the equivalent.
• Knowledge in Managed Services Program (MSP): 3-5 years’ experience as a Client Operations Consultant or similar role.
• Knowledge in HR/Staffing: 3+ years’ experience in a role focusing on full cycle staffing/recruiting practices.
• Experience with variety of positions including Life Sciences, Healthcare, IT and professional.
• Understanding of HR/Staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, screening, talent management and recruitment.
• Proficient in English and Canadian French required.
• Intermediate to strong proficiency in: Word; Excel; PowerPoint; VMS applications, such as SAP Fieldglass
• Understanding of various HR/procurement tools including: Ariba, Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, Coupa and/or Taleo.
• Ability to manage multiple situations effectively. Multitask, proactive follow up, acts with a sense of urgency, has attention to detail.
• Initiative: Knows what needs to be done and does it without being asked. Has excellent follow through. Self-motivated, gets the job done, willing to go the extra mile, ability to work independently.
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Customer service approach, effective at all levels of an organization, able to guide customer and suppliers, consultative interaction with clients, can manage difficult conversations.
• Analytical: Ability to see interrelationships of data/ideas. Use of program data to educate customer and drive change.
• Interpersonal Skills: Builds and maintains strong relationships with client and InGenesis team; Able to solution and challenge the status quo.
