Human Services Program Administrator IV
Work Location: Lancaster, OH

InGenesis is currently seeking a Human Services Program Administrator to take an active role in the expansion of unit programming at a local correctional complex. In this role, you will work to create a streamlined programming approach between substance abuse recovery and unit management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Plan, direct, and evaluate statewide human services program(s).
• Ensure program remains in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Formulate and direct implementation of program policies and goals.
• Supervise subordinates involved in program development.
• Develop budget and monitor fiscal compliance.
• Speaks before various groups as program representative.
• Review and recommend changes in legislation or administrative rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Completion of undergraduate core program in social science, behavioral science, or pre-medicine.
• 12+ months experience in management.

• 30 months experience in delivery of human services (or medical assistance) PLUS 12 months experience in supervisory principles/techniques.
• 24 months experience in delivery of human services (or medical assistance) PLUS 18 months experience in supervisory principles/techniques
