POSITION SUMMARY

This position supports a busy technology support team within an academic setting. The selected candidate will conduct site surveys and document technology needs as well as performing basic configuration of devices.  The technical aspects of the job can be learned through on-site training.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School graduate

  • Must be physically capable of standing and walking around buildings for 8 hours to move furniture to locate network connections, climb under and around equipment and area.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Candidates with customer service skills and a commitment to working effectively with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds are preferred.
