Job Description
Customer Administrative Fiscal Coordinator
Work Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions (including but not limited to)
• Coordination of Team Activities as assigned
• Ensures performance metrics are met for Associate Administrative Coordinators
• Coordinates administrative/fiscal process on special project teams
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ experience in customer service health related field.
• Required experience managing a team or office.
• Experience with MS Office (Advanced EXCEL skills, intermediate WORD, and basic ACCESS)
• Experience with customer relations, STM (ability to learn new data systems), understanding of accounts receivable, multitasks, works well independently and as a team member, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership and organizational skills; basic understanding of services provided in occupational health and health lingo.
• Excellent organizational skills to include attention to detail and follow-through and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
