Customer Administrative Fiscal Coordinator
Work Location: Salt Lake City UT
Job Duties/Responsibilities/Functions(including but not limited to)
Coordination of Team Activities as assigned
Ensures performance metrics are met for Associate Administrative Coordinators
Coordinates administrative/fiscal process on special project teams
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years’ experience in customer service health related field.
Required experience managing a team or office.
Experience with MS Office (Advanced EXCEL skills, intermediate WORD, and basic ACCESS)
Experience with customer relations, STM (ability to learn new data systems), understanding of accounts receivable, multitasks, works well independently and as a team member, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership and organizational skills; basic understanding of services provided in occupational health and health lingo.
Excellent organizational skills to include attention to detail and follow-through and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
